Soul Mentorship is for coaches, therapists and facilitators who have built a solid foundation and are ready for deeper inner work — not outward expansion, but the layer beneath it. For those who sense that their work does not yet fully reflect their inner development.

This is the most comprehensive individual programme of Multidimensional Academy. Seven months of mentorship with Thamar, individual sessions, small-group work, and at the heart of it all: the Rewilding Experience. The programme begins with a Blueprint Scan that sets the navigation for everything that follows.

Places are limited each year. The programme begins with an intake conversation — not as an introduction, but as a first step of the work itself.

Discover Your Blueprint

A personal conversation and Blueprint Scan map how you truly move: your energy pattern, your inner direction and how that shapes your presence as a guide. This is the navigation for the seven months that follow.

What Wants to Become Visible

You slow down so that what has long been present inside you can be felt. In individual sessions and small-group work, patterns and beliefs are transformed through attentive presence — not by analysing them, but by moving through them. We work on energetic, systemic and shamanic levels.

Rewilding Experience

The heart of the mentorship. Five days in nature: silence, fasting, purification, ceremony and deep reconnection with your original energy. What cannot happen in a session room, can happen here. Nature works as mirror and as teacher. You release what no longer serves you and rediscover what you truly carry. This is the turning point for everyone who moves through it.

Embodied Presence

Integration. The shifts land in daily life and in your work as a guide. Your transformation becomes tangible — not as something new you have learned, but as something you have become. Your actions flow directly from authentic being rather than from effort.

What shifts

Your guidance becomes more grounded — not because you apply more techniques, but because you are present differently. The people you guide feel the difference. Decisions come more easily and feel like yourself. Patterns that have been influencing your work for years lose their grip. You work from embodied authority: calm, present and fully in your own nature.
