Sovereign Blueprint is a live four-week container for coaches, therapists and facilitators who are ready for personal transformation. It combines energetic clearings, consciousness practices and systemic constellations to move from adaptation to authentic inner authority.
Before the start, you receive a personal 1-on-1 session with Thamar including a Blueprint Scan, so we know exactly what is at play and the journey is tailored to you.

Four live 90-minute sessions in a group setting (Wednesday evenings 20:00–21:30). Energetic activations, consciousness practices and systemic constellations alternate across the four weeks.

There are moments when the old no longer fits and the new has not yet taken shape. The Embodied Soul Journey is for those who stand on that threshold, ready to move beyond adaptation into true self-expression.
Four complementary disciplines alternate across nine months, each building on the last. Each element touches a different layer. Together they form a coherent journey that brings you back to who you truly are, as a human being and as a guide.
We begin with an opening session that maps your current stage of development: which patterns and themes are at play, and what is ready to shift. The Blueprint Scan maps your unique energetic blueprint. The feedback session is a separate 90-minute session to discuss the outcomes and serves as navigation for the journey.
Individual guidance by Thamar at energetic, systemic and shamanic levels. We work with behavioural layers, recurring patterns and the core beliefs that limit you in your work and life.
An ascension training that immerses you in multidimensional energy fields: clearings, activations and integration tools. The body as gateway: what the mind understands but has not yet integrated, is embodied here.

This is the most comprehensive individual journey of Multidimensional Academy. Seven months of mentorship with Thamar, including a Blueprint Scan, individual sessions, small group work forms, and at the heart of the journey: the Rewilding Experience.

The SoulCoach Annual Training is for experienced professionals who have been guiding others for years. You will bring together and integrate all the knowledge, skills and experience you already carry into a completely new level.
Your presence becomes the foundation of every session or group you facilitate.
The training opens with the nine-day Soul Retreat in the Sacred Valley and at Machu Picchu (4–12 September 2026). Inca cosmology, rituals and ceremonies form the initiation with which the year begins. A return to the wisdom of your heart.
Three days of immersion in multidimensional energy fields. The frequency of your own soul as living reality. DNA cleansing, LightBody activation and Divine Soul Retrieval bring you into contact with what is already present beneath the surface. Those who guide from I AM Presence change the quality of every space they enter. You learn how to facilitate this ascension training yourself.
Source Consciousness works from a higher state of consciousness: the layer where core beliefs are stored that drive your behaviour, your relationships and your professional presence. At this level, beliefs shift through presence. Lasting transformation arises when you are truly present — and that works through in who you are and how you work.
Everything that keeps you personally small keeps your practice small too. This module connects inner mastery with the shaping of your practice: your positioning, your offer, how you communicate and which clients you attract. It is a direct form of business coaching, from who you have become. You translate the work into how you guide, what you offer and how you position your practice as an expression of your authenticity.
The training includes the nine-day Peru retreat, eight two-day gatherings in the Netherlands, peer supervision and two individual sessions. Starting September 2026. Maximum 8 participants. Admission based on a personal opening conversation.
