Sovereign Blueprint is a four-week live container for coaches, therapists and facilitators who are ready for personal transformation. It combines energetic clearings, consciousness practices and systemic constellations to move from adaptation to authentic inner authority.

Many practitioners work from knowledge and technique — and that works. But somewhere you know there is a layer you have not yet fully activated: the layer of who you truly are. Sovereign Blueprint opens that layer. Not as a concept, but as a lived experience.

Before we begin, you receive a personal 1-on-1 session with Thamar including a Blueprint Scan, so we know exactly what is alive in you and the programme is tailored to you.

Who is this for?

  • Already work as a coach, therapist or facilitator and feel there is a layer your work does not yet reflect

How does it work?
Start
Personal Opening Session & Blueprint Scan

Before we begin, a 1-on-1 session with Thamar. The Blueprint Scan maps your unique energetic blueprint: where your strength lies, which patterns are at play and how your blueprint shapes your facilitation. This makes the programme immediately personal and attuned to you.

Week 1
Your Blueprint & Hidden Patterns

We open the container and map what drives you intrinsically and what unconsciously limits you. Energetic activations and consciousness practices make immediately visible what moves at the layer beneath thinking.

Week 2
Energetic Clearing

What no longer serves you is released at a layer where analysis cannot reach. Systemic constellations and targeted clearings shift what insight alone cannot change.

Week 3
Claiming Inner Authority

You learn to be present from who you truly are — without adaptation, without a mask. You discover how your presence as a practitioner changes fundamentally when you depart from your own essence.

Week 4
Integration & Embodiment

The insights and shifts land in the body and become portable for daily life and work. We close with an integration practice you take with you as a compass after the programme.

Online Environment Throughout the Four Weeks

Between sessions, an online environment guides you further: reflection questions, exercises and deepening inspiration that help you anchor the work in your daily reality.
